This super simple, easy-to-use culture will have you making your own delicious kefir at a fraction of the price! Homemade kefir is incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways. Enjoy it plain as a drink, add your favorite flavors or use it in many amazing recipes. Comes with 2 powdered starter cultures for making your own kefir that can be re-cultured 2-7 times. These easy to use cultures require no maintenance or care and culture at room temperature (72-74 F), simply store in cool, dry place until ready to use.
Use 1 packet of kefir starter with 1 quart dairy milk, juice, or coconut milk or coconut water. Avoid using ultra-pasteurized or UHT milk.
