Shipping & Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on most orders over $99. Some exceptions apply; see below for full details.

Qualifying orders over $99 ship free in the contiguous United States. Items eligible for Free Delivery are identified on the product page with the text "Eligible for Fast & Free Delivery." Any product not marked "Eligible for Fast & Free Delivery" is not eligible for free shipping.

  • Free Standard Delivery orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days from the date they are placed.
  • Free Standard Delivery is only available to the lower 48 states.
  • Free Standard Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.
  • FFree Standard Delivery orders must contain $99 worth of qualifying items to ship for free. Non-qualifying items may still ship on the same order, but will be charged actual shipping rates.
  • Free Standard Delivery may be used with other promotions, but the qualifying amount is calculated after all promotions and discounts are applied.

Free Standard Delivery utilizes the lowest-priced shipping methods to save you money. Depending on where you are located, it can take up to 3-10 business days to arrive. In most cases, the shipping time will be far less than 10 business days.

Excluded items

We are not able to offer free standard shipping on clearance items, glass carboys, wine recipe kits, floor corkers, kegs & keg systems, drop-ship items, rhizomes, or bulk sacks of grains.

Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping. 

Delivery Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days plus UPS shipping times. Perishable items are shipped at your own risk. We will not be able to replace any perishable items.

Shipping Time—Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. We try to ship the next day, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. Austin Homebrew Supply will work as efficiently as possible to ensure all orders are shipped promptly. Our Goal is to get all orders out as quickly as possible, but delays can happen.

Dropship products (those products sent directly from the manufacturer to you). These products are designated as being drop shipped in their product detail.

Out-of-Stock Products—We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Please do not assume anything when it is time-sensitive

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Austin Homebrew Supply or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
