What items can be returned?
We guarantee our products to be high quality, properly shipped, and to perform as advertised
If your product is damaged in shipping please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all contents and packaging in case a return is necessary.
If your product fails to perform as advertised, please notify us within 60 days of receipt to receive a replacement product or store credit equal to purchase price of the defective product. Store credits can be applied to a future purchase made within one year of your original purchase. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
We take pride in providing quality products and service to our customers. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Austin Homebrew Supply will be responsible for the cost of standard ground return shipping for returns made within 60 days of the purchase date. In all other cases, if the customer wishes to make a return within the 60 day return window the customer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping via the carrier of their choice.
