Great taste

I bought two of these when AHS was offering them on sale for $20 and made them as a double batch. Pitched dry US05 into the primary. Glad I used a blow off tube. The final beer is one of the best stouts I have ever made. Finish was a bit sweet, but adding 8oz of fireball to the keg took care of that and gave it a great cinnamon flavor. I serve it on a nitro tap. Will definitely make it again. May add a few more IBUs next time.

Patiently Waiting

I just bottled over the weekend. Great aroma and good flavor so far. I can't wait to give this one a try. Austin Homebrew's service was outstanding. Everything arrived fresh and in great condition.

I Don't Know Yet

This is in the secondary for about another week. Looks good, smells good so it should taste good, right?

Great Stout

Was a great brew last time but needed to age a bit more than I did. I added a little (2oz) honey this time? Tasted pretty good after primary on way to secondary, we will see after resting 30+ days, but guessing it will be pretty good!

Second time brewing this beer, doing a 10 gal batch this time and giving it away as wedding favors. Called it ìOur Chocolate Wedding Beerî
