This kit contains the basic ingredients you need to make mozzarella cheese in less than an hour. The kit makes ten 3/4 lb batches of cheese.

The kit includes:

  • Calcium Chloride
  • Vegetable Rennet Tablets
  • Cheese Salt
All you need is a 6 quart pot (or larger) and milk. The kit will last 2 years in the refrigerator.

Really nice mozzarella!

This kit was very easy to use. I recommend watching the YouTube video as well. We used a gallon of Whole Foods 365 whole milk and made about 14 oz of lovely mozzarella. I love that it uses vegetable rennet.

This kit made it so easy to make cheese I was amazed. I had a lot of fun and I even add a couple extra ingredients just to make it different and it turned out great every time! I will surely by this again.

Ordered this for my 12 yo to try making his own pizza from scratch. Easy to follow instructions for him and his cheese turned out perfect the first batch. Amziningly easy and fun. We loved sharing with friends and family and will be ordering again.
