This recipe was excellent. This is one of my favorite styles of beer and who does it better than Westmalle? I thought this was fairly close but I was just going off of memory. I didn't do a side by side comparison like I wanted to but oh well. I stretched this one out for about 4 months and it just got better and better. Double pitch or make a big yeast starter for sure. Tons of fermentables. This thing went CRAZY in the fermentor.
