SImilar to Hallertau Mittelfruh in aroma, this hop makes a great later addition. It is used primarily for its aromatic properties and its low co-humulone. Try it in your next batch of Lager, Pilsner, Bopck, Kolsch, Wheat, Munich Helles, or Belgian-style Ale.
