Classic Review

Lovely ale, made it all-grain (brew in a bag) with Nottingham dry yeast. Color is a brilliant honey-orange. Nose is light malt & citrus. Taste is malty orange-apricot, with a kiss of hops in the background. Sweet but not overpowering. Great for a summer session beer. Will definitely make this one again.

Have made 5 or 6 of these kits, all turned out great. The last one I dry hopped 1 oz columbus for a week and turned out even better.
