This is an update after 2 months aging. This brew REALLY needs 2 months of aging for the rough edges to smooth out. In fact it was sort of undrinkable for me at the 4 week mark. HOWEVER - I have received many compliments since the 6 week mark and I will brew this again paying closer attention to the maple part of this recipe. I believe added 1/2 cup of Grade "A" (should be grade "B") syrup. I think it is BETTER the the beer it is being cloned after. Fuller flavor.
