Travis Daniel Griffin
The Homebrew Bible

If you want to learn how to brew there is no better book. It will serve you when you brew, before you brew, or when you just want to learn more about brewing. I cannot recommend this book enough. There is a reason that the author has been inducted into the Smithsonian institute.
