Sunshine Wheat (16A) - EXTRACT Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Brewed this for a Halloween party for my light beer drinking friends. Turned out pretty nice. Not my favorite style, but we burned through the whole keg that night. Pretty close to the original.

This has been a pleasant summer brew. Light and refreshing, and I am not a huge wheat beer fan. It goes incredibly well with a twist of orange in the glass, and is easy to recommend.

So far, this is my most favorite beer i have brewed as well as my wifes. I like sunshine and blue moon. She feels blue moon is too heavy for her, so this is really up her ally and has me ordering another kit soon as my fermenters open up. I personally feel this beer hit its peak at 4 months after bottling. Its now at 6.5 months and i cant tell a difference from 2 months ago, but really smooths out between 1st and 3rd month. I would definately recommend it if this is your style beer or just to have something different on tap!
