Delicious sums this up pretty well. I brewed it early August and bottled at the start of September and the remnants I still have are as excellent when I cracked the first one open. I can't totally speak for the accuracy of the clone since I didn't have a bottle of Slow Elk to compare with but me (a transplanted Montana boy) and my father (a current resident of Montana) agreed that it's pretty close based on what we could remember of the original. You definitely can't go wrong with this one.
