Shiner Blonde (1B) - EXTRACT Homebrew Ingredient Kit

I just started the secondary fermentation step. So far so good. Nice color and will look perfect after more settling and a cold crash. No grain ingredient was a nice surprise as it made the process easy / breezy. Back with taste results in 2 weeks.

I am not completely convinced that this beer tastes exactly as a Shiner Blonde but it's pretty darn close! (I have been out of the state of Texas for 8 months now and have not had a blonde since I left). Regardless, it is easily my best brew. The taste is amazing, and it is so easy to drink. I gave my friend who brews a 6 pack and he told me he wants an endless supply of it! Everyone who I let try it also told me they would buy this beer at the store. I made the LEX kit. I did a primary fermentation at the recommended Lager temperatures and then a secondary. The longer I allow it to age in the bottles, the better it tastes! Highly recommended!
