Good clone of the original

I love the true Samuel Smith pale ale. I brewed this clone a few times using the extract version with Safale S04 yeast. To us (myself and lady), it tastes pretty dang close to the original. Light malt, soft but noticeable fruit, some sweetness. Very good clone!

Pretty close

I brewed the AG version of this and kegged it It's surprisingly close for a lighter ale. I will defintely brew again. I didnt touch water chemistry for this one, next time I might try to adjust to account more for the well water the original uses.
