I brewed the mini mash version and it turned out great. This particular style benefits from a gradual increase in temperatures during fermentation. I had limited hopes for this because of the unusual high temperatures recommended by the yeast manuf. However, the farmhouse turned out great. I will be brewing again.

I brewed this from the extract kit. 1 week in the primary, 1.5 weeks in the secondary. I fermented at about 65 degrees because I keep my house cool in the winter and fall. Left it in the bottle to condition for 2 weeks at the same temp. Just had my first bottle. OUTSTANDING brew. I was looking for a Boulevard Tank 7 clone and this one fit the bill. I added some freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to the bottling bucket (about 6 grapefruit's worth) and used about 1/2 of recommended priming sugar, but other than that I followed the recipe to a 'T'. My brew tastes just like Tank 7, only it lingers a little longer in the nose. It's also a little different color. Mine is 2 parts orange and one part brown. I couldn't be happier, especially when Tank 7 sells for $12 a four pack where I live. This one will be a regular brew for me. Get this kit and you will not be sorry. Happy brewing!
