OG 1.130

Brewed this before decided to do it again for big brew day. OG came out higher than anticipated. Still fermenting. The first batch is excellent after 18 months.

Classic Review

I brewed this for the holidays. It turned out nicely. It has a great color & a very sweet taste. If I could improve this any it would be to have a bit more head when poured. Other than that I found no flaws in this barley wine.
