Rahr To Thee Pils™ is a low color pilsner malt designed for brewers who want maximum control over flavor, color, and expression. Produced in Alix, Alberta from Canadian-grown barley, it delivers a clean, neutral malt profile that allows hop and yeast character to take center stage.
Malted to a target Kolbach Index of 37–44%, To Thee Pils™ offers smooth lautering across a wide range of mash schedules while maintaining low modification. Its exceptionally pale color and reduced susceptibility to kettle darkening make it an ideal choice for brewing bright, crisp lagers and modern hop-forward styles where clarity and color matter.
