I brewed this beer with the alchohol boost. 1 1/2 weeks in the primary, 2 weeks in the secondary and 3 weeks bottle conditioned. The beer was carbonated but has a slightly skunky taste. It doesn't taste like the Pike kilt lifter at all. I'm hoping the taste improves after a few more weeks.
