well i have been using this DME from this company for a while now and i think it is the best DME and the best price. i dont brew with all the fancy equipment and and embellishments and gas to make it effervescent and all that, i have my own recipes and use a 6 gallon bucket with a tap and a water valve perker on top and i get the best fizzy head with sugaring my bottles, grow my own hops, make porters, ales, lagers in winter and i end up with great beers with all the octane in the world with excellent flavors nd hi/low notes just by using diff ingredients from Austin Home Brew. i have been brewing for 45 years now and i have tried TONS of other companies, Austin HB beats them all out, seriously. if you guys and gals want just the best ingredients for the best beers and nice white to tan creamy head, get all your ingredients at Austin HB. try sparging, try LMEs, try DMEs....their stuff is great/.ya cant go wrong with these guys.
