Fermenting now

Brewed tonight and my SG came in a bit high at 1.142. I am glad I ordered a 3rd packet of yeast to pitch. Will bottle condition this for at least six months, hoping it will be good by Christmas. From the brew, the look, color, aroma and taste were incredible. I can't wait to see what this is like after it has fermented and aged. I will follow up with that review in about 6 months. This looks to be a killer brew if you like to brew BIG beers.
