Works Flawlessly

Super easy brewing project. Honey, water, packet, yeast. Nutrients in the packet get the yeast going on the honey and keep it going so that no wild yeast can sneak in and cause problems. If you are careful, but not fussy, you will get good results every time.

My mead just got to the point where I can drink it. I can't say how happy I was. I made a dry mead with lemons and this stuff is liquid gold.
