Little Kings Cream Ale (6A) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This is a great recipe and is one that I will be keeping on tap! 2 weeks primary and it was ready to keg. Even uncarbonated, it tastes really good! You will not be disappointed. Get the alcohol boost too.

I did this as my first all grain and used the 1% alcohol boost. I entered it into my first ever contest and placed first in the Light Hybrid category at the 2009 Stoney Creek Homebrews\' championship, which I entered under the name \"Miniature Monarch\". This was my first Cream Ale and I was very happy with the results. Not too hoppy or malty and very easy to drink. It was a hit with all of my friends. Definitely will be brewing this recipe again and again.
