Classic Review

This was my first high gravity brew so i did it exactly like my others and i had trouble with getting it to start fermenting it had me worried.I finally got it going about two weeks into it then it went out of control and exploded on my roof but no worries i split it into two fermenters and it was fine i just happen to be home at the time and it finished and i got it bottled i normally set aside a few bottles to try throughout the ageing process and i have to say at first it was way to sweet then it was way to bitter now its one of the most wonderful and complex beers i have ever had this beer was well worth the trouble.....Its fantastic!
