Excellent Irish Red

Brewed this in late March using the WLP810 yeast, racked to secondary 3 weeks later and bottled in mid-June. Last week I cracked open the first bottle and am really happy with the result. While I haven't had an opportunity to compare it to Killians it is an excellent Irish Red which is all that matters in my book. I'll be brewing this again.

Fantastic!

Drinking it right now. Tastes just like the real thing. I feel like I'm back in college ordering a pitcher. Easy drinking and goes with everything. Just had it with Chicago thin crust pizza. My father in-law doesn't like beer and he asked for a second pour. Highly recommend.

This beer if you follow the instructions and take the time to do it right, will yeild you a super quality beer, after completing a the 2nd stage and let it clarify, this beer is really good. I can see this one becoming another house beer, I would not be scared to Keg this beer if you have the space for it., Drink-a-bility: I would consider this a "Get on it Beer" but your gona be sad when you finish it off, unless you made 2 batches. I bottled mine in 22oz bottles. Another awsome beer by AHS

I have done some really good clones and 1 or 2 not so good. This is the best I have done. Side by side and I cannot tell the difference in taste. Clone is darker as I did the extract version with Saflager 23 yeast. This is one amazing beer! If you like Killians then do not hesitate on this one.
