Hoegaarden White Ale (16A) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

I brewed this for a friend that loves this brew. He loved it. This is a great recipe.

This was my 5th batch of home brew ever and my first with Austin. Simply awesome beer! By far my most successful. Tastes just like the original, if not a bit more robust as I added the 1% alcohol booster. 1 week in the primary fermenter, 10 days in the second, bottled for 10 days and it was ready to go! Highly recommended!

First brew every. Extract, 7 days primary, 10 days secondary (should have kept it in the primary a bit longer). Didn't exactly match a Hoegaarden White, but has similar characteristics.

Brewed this for a friend that loves this beer. I added the alcohol boost and it was a great brew. It went fast and I would definitely brew this one again.

Brewed the extract version in November. It's now February and I am still stuck with it on tap. It didn't turn out much like the commercial version at all and really isn't all that enjoyable. I hope the all grain version is better; I did both to assess the difference between them.
