Too cold to brew an All-Grain,so I tried this Extract kit

After returning from a trip from Asheville,NC and enjoying a few Gaelic Ales @ the Biltmore tavern, I thought I'd give this a try. It's good but slightly different from the Gaelic Ale from the Highland Gaelic Ale that I thought it was. Still a solid beer. Give it a try, I was amazed at the fermentation of this beer. It was active. Thanks Austin Home brew for offering this kit!

Classic Review

Highland Gaelic Ale is my favorite brew and this clone version came out very close to the original. It was a bit more hoppy than the original but still tastes amazing!
