Not quite what I expected plus a caution

I followed directions but did add alcohol boost. I don't notice the coconut all that much but the chocolate is quite strong at the finish. It is pretty smooth though. I don't care for the chocolate and likely won't make again. Having said that, it continues to get better with age.
A caution - I removed the coconut/chocolate bag from the secondary. It contained a lot of liquid so I squeezed it like it owed money. In hindsight, I think there was sugar in the bag that wasn't converted to alcohol. (I tested the fg before removing the bag, 8.3%) After bottling and aging I've discovered I have very foamy, highly carbonated beer which I believe came from squeezing the bag. If I brewed again, I'd still squeeze the bag but I'd continue to ferment a while.
