Classic Review

Brewed the Extract version 7/13/08. Yeast package was slow to swell and fermentation delayed by a couple of days. Starting gravity 1.070 and finished at 1.015. For Belgian lovers, this is a very nice brew! Color is good, with an overall orange look. Nose reflects the bitter orange late addition but is not ovewhelming. Good mouthfeel and drinkability. My friends all like this one!
