Drinker could not detect cherry or chocolate in this brew. Negative aftertaste.

Classic Review

My personal opinion is, don't keg this beer. It needs time to bottle condition. I didn't even use all of the cherry, and when not allowed time to condition, it aquires a cherry medcinal tone. As of now I am trying to slowly condition it in the keg to try and make the cherry more subtle to the pallet. Gonna try it again, and bottle this time.
