This was my first batch of home brew, and I couldn\'t be happier with my decision. I actually think the raspberry flavor is a little less than the original, which isn\'t necessarily a bad thing. I always used to mix the Celis Raspberry with the Celis White to decrease the fruitiness a bit. Great recipe. Very close the the original. It really brought me back to my days spent at the Celis Brewery in Austin.
