[This comment is regarding the mini-mash version with Wyeast] Celis Pale Bock was my favorite beer in the late 90's up until the brewery was sold. I've tried it a couple times since it was revived by Michigan Brewing but it just doesn't taste the same and is $%#@ expensive. I got into homebrewing this year specifically to try this AHS recipe. After 5 weeks in the bottle it is a wonder to behold. My old friend is back! It's beautiful and oh so tasty! I don't ever want to run out. Now, I just wish AHS could resurrect my cat.
