This 2-Row caramel malt adds flavors unique to Vienna-style lagers and Belgian-style Abbey Ales. Imparts golden hues while adding soft toffee, caramel, and malty flavors. Drum roasted for even kilning, Briess Caramel Vienne is excellent in Vienna-style lagers and Belgian-style Abbey Ales.
