This beer is balanced by a robust malt back bone with the cloudy notes of wheat, a little sweet Munich and some chewiness imparted by the flaked oats and wheat. A generous helping of chamomile adds a wonderful subtle, earthy herbal note while late additions of wild flower honey sweetens the finish. Binky ties it all together with Saaz hops to deliver a malty, floral and spicy Saison unlike any other beer you'll ever drink.
