This beer makes any brewer look great. Followed the directions for All Grain Traditional. Three tier system with sparge. Igloo Mash-Tun and HLT.
Great taste - very smooth.
Again she'll be doing this one again unbelievable.
I never cared for Hoppy beers until I tried the Two Hearted Ale, and gradually became a fan. I've brewed over 40 kits over the last 7 years, and this is the only kit I have re-ordered; usually like to "mix up" different types, styles, etc. This may be the best beer I have ever had, and I've tried several.
Did the extract version with salafe 05 as yeast., followed the directions as given with the kit. This is a nice, easy drinking IPA, Has a little bitterness and dryness to it but not overly hoppy at all.
