Arrogant Bastard Ale (23) - EXTRACT Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This by far is the most amazing batch I have made. I like it better than the real thing! I will be making more of this! I recommend double yeast on this one!

I also dry hopped mine in the secondary as well.

Extract with White Labs 051, 8.6% ABV. 9 days in primary and 13 days in secondary. Got this kit for serious Stone lovers. AHB nailed this one. Without having the benefit of the actual beer to taste test against no one could tell the difference. If you or someone you know likes the AB beer by Stone, spend the money and take the time to brew this one.

I've never tried the original but the clone is excellent. I agree with others, it is a bitter beer but in a really good way. A nice sweet taste for a fairly strong beer. Excellent flavor. Conditioned in keg 2 weeks now and gets better with each sample.

Woo, this is more bitter than I remember but it is good. Good head, nice initial brown sugar taste, and a hop bite finish. After six weeks in the bottle the bitterness is mellowing a bit more. A little more bottle conditioning and it should be just right.
