AHS Texas Kolsch (6C) - ALL GRAIN Homebrew Ingredient Kit

I made one last year using traditional lagering methods and it was good. I thought this year I would try it using pressure fermentation.

usally but atleast in 2 days this order took 10 days to be delivered, it took austin 6 days just to box and actually get it to the shipping company. Thats pitiful and pathetic when they advertise fast service. Ever since austin changed there website a few months ago it has been very poor pathetic service. When emailed and ask whats going on they did noy care and replied back it will get there. We are looking for a new supplier because of this

Nice base recipe if you just want to keep it simple of make it into a custom beer. From adding honey to alternative yeasts varieties. Iíve been experimenting with the Saflager S-189 on the last two batches.

This All Grain kit was perfect for brewing a 5 gallon batch of Texas Kolsch at a reasonable cost...thank you AHBS!
