Very good IPA with nice body and hop profile. I found an onion flavor attributable to the summit hops that got stronger with time and almost overpowering. I preferred this one two to three weeks after brewing, than what's left in the keg now. There will still be no problem finishing it.

Mini-mash, and two weeks in the bottle. Don't see it lasting long, it's incredible. Great hop nose, and perfect malt/hop balance on the palate. DEFINITELY brewing this again. The only thing I did differently was let the beer sit in the secondary an extra five days.

I used this as a baseline to clone the Ninkasi Tricerahops IPA, a local brew from Eugene Oregon. After two weeks in the primary, I dry-hopped 2 ounces of Amarillo pellet hops to my secondary. When I bottled that two weeks later I thought, " Wow, I did it!" I was shooting for that distinct hoppy-apricot aftertaste. This is another great AHS IPA recipe and I plan to brew it again for springtime after my holiday and winter brews. Yummy!

With 2 oz summit hops @ 18% alpha, this beer has the powerful citrus hop character I love. Only a week has passed since bottling and it's really hard to resist cracking open another one "just to sample." I'll brew this one again!!

Incredible homebrew. By far one of my favorites I have ever bought. All of my friends loved this beer and it even converted some to IPA's. This was the first beer I ever brewed that I did not give away to friends. Definite recommend!
