This is my favorite stout I've made so far. Great for sipping. I can feel the alcohol(used boost to 8%), has a nice smooth, rich taste with just a little bitterness at the end. Waiting to see how well it will age.

My first stout, brewed in Fall 2010, was excellent by Christmas. Dark with a tan head, great stout flavor, detectable alcohol in the nose. This is definitely a sipping beer!
