Good but not great. After tasting I decided to make a "tea" with bitter orange, coriander, and fresh ginger and added it to the keg. This mix gave it the flavor I thought it lacked.
Very smooth, very mild , easy drinking. I used wyeast, fermented 2 weeks primary 2 weeks secondary. 3 weeks in bottle and enjoyed it tremendously.
I make this fairly regular. Smooth and easy. No bitterness. It is very popular with my friends and I've used this recipe to show how easy it is to homebrew.
