2nd time brewing

This is the second time I have brewed this extract kit from AHS. Used the WLP 051, put in a starter for 24 hours. OG: 1.060 - FG: 1.014 (6% ABV). Used alcohol boost, whirlflock and yeast fuel. Brew was simple and straightforward. Word of advice - be patient after bottling! Let this condition as the instructions state! If you sample early it will tend to taste like a bit of cough syrup in it. Give it time to condition and you will be very pleased!! This is a crowd favorite, smooth and easy drinking, nice flavor and aroma. Presentation of finished brew is slightly darker than straw yellow , a little cloudy but enjoyable on the pallet. Cheers!
