A great easy beer to brew. The peach extract its subtle but it holds a great head. I would give it at least 3 weeks in the bottle. A perfect summer beer with friends and crawfish.

Been probably about 5 weeks since keggin and still too much peach flavor imo. Give it lots of time to rest

My first attempt at brewing. I think it came out pretty nice, though. In my opinion, a little too much peach flavor, but that will probably fade with age (been in bottle about 3 weeks at this point).

I bought this to make for my wife, who loves Peach Lambic's but hates beer. I did not expect that I would really enjoy it. I thought I would also try the additive to get an extra 1% alcohol boost. Sadly, she thought it tasted too much "like a beer." I was surprised how well I enjoyed it, and thanks to the added alcohol content, one or two of these will get you where you're looking to go in a hurry. It was extremely popular among my friends and family, who are all begging me to make another batch. Highly recommend. One thing I would note to people brewing via mini-mash is that it took a few days for the fermentation to get into full swing. I gave it an extra week in the secondary fermenter and waited for 4 weeks after bottling before I tried it. I would say next time give it 5 weeks to start drinking. It's a long wait but well worth it.
