AHS Pale Rye Ale (6D) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

This is a great summer crowd pleaser. A malt backbone leaning toward hop bitterness and finishing dry. The spicy rye adds complexity to this beer and compliments spicy / citrus notes from the Cacade and Willamette. I wish this batch had lasted longer; the keg went quickly at a birthday party. I'd say it is hoppier than Real Ale's Rye Pale Ale.

My first AG -- absolutely delicious! Huge rye and hop aromas with a crisp tang. My beer ended up very cloudy; I will definitely use finings next time. Grain to glass in under 3 weeks, bottled! That's gratifying.

This is the best beer I've ever made. I brewed the all grain version and went from grain to keg in 1 month. It had a great hop aroma and bitterness and nice spicy, yet smooth rye flavor

This is my favorite extract beer that I've ever made. I love it! Especially great for summer time.
