A Cascadian Dark Ale is a black ale with plenty of hops. This unique recipe includes D-180 candi syrup which adds a mild but complex flavor of fresh coffee, dark stone fruit, caramel, and a hint of dark-toasted bread.
Specialty malts: Crystal 40L, flaked oats, de-bittered black
Featured hops: Columbus, Cascade, Centennial
