Classic Review

A very nice, drinkable beer. In colour it's a little closer to a pale than an amber, although not as aggressively hopped as an American pale. Ages reasonably well although the hop bitterness starts to dominate over the flavour after a couple of months. Next time I'll probably try a little more Crystal, or 60L instead of 40L, and a little lighter on the bittering hops.
