Solid recipe

All went exactly well.... definitely takes some time but worth it. Need to be able to post a photo as it sure looks like the Sam Adams Noble Pils with a lovely medium body, citrus hoppy well-balanced flavor. It's likely me but I just can't seem to have much of a foamy beer head (I'll live as the flavor is more important to me).
