This red ale is named in honor of the ancient Sumerian Goddess of beer, Ninkasi. The beer has a nice malt backbone balanced with mild bittering hops and subtle earthy and floral flavors.
Specialty malts: Crystal 120L, English Crystal, Aromatic, Melanoidin, de-bittered black
