Similar to the Apple Peeler recipe, this is a beer/cider hybrid. It is dry but flavorful and contains malts and hops. This recipe also includes watermelon flavoring for a refreshing twist.

This recipe requires 3 gallons of apple juice / cider that does not contain preservatives. The juice / cider is not included with this kit.
