I wanted to brew a saison for the summer and this was on sale. I followed the directions and used Omega Yeast Labs OYL042 Saison II. FG was 1.006. After 2 weeks in the keg the initial bitterness from the hops has disapated and the lavender comes through real good. This is a very good beer and very drinkable. I could brew this one again.
