Concur with second post. Was very disappointing, you could just barely taste the ginger. If I do it again, I will triple the amount of ginger root.

I really think the ginger in this recipe is too subtle. IMO, it should have ginger to the point of spiciness, and in this particular recipe the ginger profile is disappointingly understated.

I was really excited to try this kit, but it was nothing what I expected The ginger was too strong Good under lying ale Barely drinkable Won't order this recipe again
