Classic Review

Good beer. I used booster and ended up with an 8.6% beer. Nice, spicy "Belgianesque" flavor and a pretty quick finish in the nasal passages. This batch sat in the primary for 10 days, secondary for 13 days and I opened my first bottle after 8 days... too early, I know, but it was worth it. If you like a spicy beer, then try this one.
